Alexey Goncharov is an expert in content moderation, verification, and user scenarios. He is currently the Deputy Commercial Director for Quality at Yandex. Alexey graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI) with a degree in Theoretical Physics. He later obtained a degree in Management and Business. Experience: After graduation, Alexey began his career at Yandex as a user support specialist, eventually becoming the Head of the Yandex.Mail Services support service. In September 2015, Alexey transitioned to Auto.ru, Russia’s largest automotive calssified and marketplace for new and used cars with a daily active user base of 3 million. Since July 2021, Alexey has served as the Deputy Commercial Director for Quality at Yandex. His projects bridge technology and operations, including a GPT support project aimed at fully automating customer service and optimizing sales department management and increasing profits with AI.
