4th Munich Digital Innovation Award
The 2019 DIGICON is dedicated to the quest of searching for the most innovative, designing-for-the–future, and is the fourth event of its kind. There are several possibilities of how to participate: Either with an application to the Pitch Battle for the 4th Munich Digital Innovation Award, or for the special prize The Digital Image. Nominated companies in the two categories KMU /start-ups and large companies participate in the DIGICON Pitch Battle for the 4th Munich Digital Innovation Award. The 4th Digital Innovation Award is then given to the most innovative of the participants, regardless of whether it is a young start-up, an established medium-sized company, or an international corporation.
The 4th Munich Digital Innovation award enables companies to present their innovations to a high-class audience, to convince them, and to come out as the winner of the 2019 awards. The winner of the award will also receive a 10,000€ media volume, so that they can present their company in the media platforms of the DIGITALE WELT.
Submit your future-oriented and innovative ideas or concepts by the 4th October, 2019. A renowned jury will pre-select eight nominees from all applicants. These will then compete at the DIGICON in Pitch Battles. Each team will have three minutes to convince the audience of their idea. Thereafter, members of the jury will be able to ask the candidates questions. The audience will then vote to determine the winner. The following criteria are significant:
- Level of innovation / unique selling point
- Usefulness to the customer / market potential
- Qualifications and experience of the team or submitting company
On 25th October, 2019 the jury will announce the decision as to which innovative ideas will be eligible to participate in the Pitch Battle for the 4th Munich Digital Innovation Award and for the additional prize The Digital Image.
